I make the introduction personally
A direct email to both parties, with my name and credibility behind it. The client is expecting the call. The partner walks in already informed.
I follow up and report
Every retained firm receives a monthly pipeline report. Every introduction is tracked. I stay involved until the relationship is established.

I sit in the middle — with a foot in both worlds — and I make the connection.
